HIGH SCHOOL PARTICIPANTS

Area high school band students are invited to work with the members of Wisconsin Brass Quintet and the Stockholm Chamber Brass for Brass Fest’s culminating concert. WBQ will be visiting eight Madison-Area High Schools to give master classes and work with brass students on Gabrieli’s Sonata Duodecimi Toni.  Students will gather on October 1 on UW-Madison’s campus in a large group rehearsal. The Stockholm Chamber Brass will work with students in a fun, educational clinic on Sonata Duodecimi Toni.  Participants will then join the WBQ and the SCB on the Mills Hall stage for a huge Brass Fest performance of this magnificent work!
